Addition of key personnel increases support for advisors and clients and will foster continued growth
The personnel additions are a core component to advancing EP Wealth’s suite of services. Each of the newly appointed team members will support EP Wealth’s forward-looking strategy in a variety of ways, including:
- Continued focus on organic and inorganic growth. Richman will facilitate a superior level of client service and develop and oversee cohesive teams in EP Wealth’s
Northern California region. She is responsible for extending EP Wealth’s growth strategy by recruiting advisors who mirror the firm’s client-focused and relationship-based philosophy. She joined the firm’sLafayette, California , office inJune 2019 . Prior to her time at EP Wealth, Richman held various roles in the financial services industry in theU.S. and abroad, spending over two decades withFidelity Investments . - Support for advisor career development and education. Crow brings extensive expertise in developing close relationships with financial advisors to his role as Director of Wealth Advisory. He will leverage this experience to build EP Wealth’s internal training initiatives to help advisors grow within the firm. The initiatives will emphasize industry best practices and career development while promoting a superior client experience and customized client-focused solutions. Crow joins EP Wealth’s
Torrance, California , office. - Bolstering EP Wealth’s comprehensive tax services for clients. Tippie joins the firm’s
Torrance office on EP Wealth’s tax and estate planning team. She assumes responsibility for developing and managing EP Wealth’s comprehensive tax services for clients, including federal and state tax preparation, tax projections and analysis. Tippie will also support the firm’s advisors and financial planning team with strategic tax planning. She brings over 10 years of accounting experience to her role. - Enhancing the team’s specialization in divorce financial planning. In its
West Los Angeles office, EP Wealth adds Costas, who joins as Vice President and adds to the firm’s bench of divorce planning specialists. As one of several members of the firm to earn the Certified Divorce Financial Analyst® designation, her expertise will complement EP Wealth’s existing services. Costas will also work closely with EP Wealth clients and the financial planning and investment management teams to develop customized and goals-based planning solutions for high-net-worth individuals.
