Fast-Growing P&C Brokerage Platform Adds Leading Agency Focusing on Fire-Suppression Contractors

TARRYTOWN, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--
Enterprise Risk Associates LLC ("ERA") today announced the acquisition of Insurance Solutions of America, Inc. ("ISOA") of Oviedo, FL on May 8, 2026. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 2007 by Scott Lugering and Amber LaSota, Insurance Solutions of America is a national commercial insurance brokerage and risk management consulting firm with deep expertise providing insurance solutions for fire suppression, sprinkler, alarm, and security businesses. Mr. Lugering will remain at the helm of ISOA, and he and his team will continue operating out of their current office.
