Endurance Warranty Services Launches Mechanical Breakdown Insurance Coverage in California

PR Web

NORTHBROOK, Ill. (PRWEB) May 18, 2023

Endurance Warranty Services has expanded its suite of auto protection products to include mechanical breakdown insurance (MBI) coverage for residents of California. This new offering protects California consumers from costly repairs due to unexpected breakdowns or mechanical failures, ensuring they have the coverage they need to protect their vehicles.

"We are thrilled to be able to provide California drivers with quality mechanical breakdown insurance," said Rich Holland, CEO of Endurance. "Our MBI policies offer top-of-the-line protection against unexpected breakdowns and give vehicle owners peace of mind. With comprehensive coverage options and a high level of customer service, Endurance is now the go-to resource for drivers in California."

Other vehicle protection providers do not offer coverage in California due to the state's strict regulations on extended warranties and vehicle service contracts. Endurance MBI coverage protects used cars and their owners in California against the high costs of repairs after their factory warranty (or manufacturer's warranty) has expired. Providers of this type of insurance must be approved and licensed by the California Department of Insurance (CDI).

Endurance's new mechanical breakdown insurance plans provide protection from the costs of repairs and parts replacement for covered components of vehicles up to 10 years old or 150,000 miles. Endurance MBI comes in the form of four specific plans, or drivers can choose to customize their coverage based on their own needs and budget. Standard benefits with each MBI policy include towing, rental car, and trip-interruption reimbursement. Additional plan personalization also includes emissions, business use, snowplows, lift kits, and oversized tire coverage.
