Your future employee is a young man who graduated from high school last year and recently graduated from The Arc of the Bay's Culinary Institute. He is friendly, outgoing and a very hard worker and works well with others. He has his SafeStaff certificate and is familiar and comfortable in food service establishments.
He would like to work part-time in a position in food service where there is an opportunity for him to learn job skills to help him grow into the very best employee he can be.
Also, he is eligible for OJT, a program sponsored by DOE where his salary, workers' compensation and liability insurance are provided at no cost to the employer for a 90-day work trial period. He would make a great addition to your team. Will you give him a chance?
Celebrating: We are so thankful to Zaxby's Lynn Havene and all the employers and businesses who support The Arc of the Bay all year long. We couldn't do it without you!
