Emily Wrightson to Lead Cammack Retirement Group’s Public Sector Practice

NEW YORK and WELLESLEY, Mass., Jan. 11, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Cammack Retirement Group ("Cammack Retirement"), a national, independent retirement plan consulting and investment advisory firm, announced today that Emily Wrightson, Director, will lead its national public and governmental practice.

Wrightson has been instrumental in establishing and developing the firm's public sector practice. Since 2012, the firm has acquired several public sector clients, with assets totaling approximately $24 billion, in addition to conducting numerous complex projects.  Wrightson and her team provide a comprehensive offering of retirement plan services to public clients, including investment consulting, Requests for Proposals for Third Party Administrator services, implementation projects, strategic reviews, contract negotiation, and plan consolidation. Currently, the firm serves plans totaling more than one million participants.

With more than a decade of experience at Cammack Retirement Group, Wrightson is recognized by team members, clients and industry partners for her leadership and commitment to clients.  As an industry thought leader, she has spoken at conferences, served as a moderator for AssetTV's Master Class, and contributed to Cammack Retirement's Staying Ahead of the Curve thought leadership series.  She also serves on the Participant Engagement Committee for the National Association of Government Defined Contribution Administrators (NAGDCA).  For her contributions to the industry, she was recognized by the National Association of Plan Advisers (NAPA) as one of the Top Women Advisors. 

Wrightson also has a passion for mentoring, which is why she created the Cammack on Campus program.  The initiative aims to educate college students about the importance of saving for retirement, provides resources for career development and insight into the financial services industry.
