CHICAGO (PRWEB) April 25, 2018

Educational & Institutional Insurance Administrators, Inc. (EIIA) names Paul Baranowski, as their new Vice President for Employee Benefits effective May 7, 2018.

The position for Vice President of Employee Benefits has been open since November 2016. Jeff Wolf, President of EIIA, spent the past year assessing the skills needed by the next vice president to move the program forward and make it a model for growth.

Paul Baranowski is no stranger to EIIA. He led the employee benefits program for EIIA from 1995-2004. "We are happy to have Paul back at EIIA. We had interest in the position from several strong candidates," said Wolf. "Paul's extensive experience serving religiously affiliated colleges and universities and working with self-funded plans are qualities needed to lead the Employee Benefits Program. Paul will also inherit a strong team of that currently serves over 60 Members."

"I am thrilled to have the privilege of returning to EIIA in this capacity," said Baranowski. "I love the organization's long-standing focus on advocacy for the institution and its protective nature for the Member institutions' wellbeing. EIIA employee benefit programs are in select company as one of only a few affinity programs nationally that have shown year over year tangible advantages to the membership since inception. It's simply a twice in a lifetime opportunity and I look forward to leading the EB program under Jeff's direction and his new strategic initiatives."

Since 2004, Paul has remained in the employee benefits arena implementing a national health plan to serve a population of 80,000 home-based business entrepreneurs and chaired two compliance and account management committees.

Paul has a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Illinois and is a Certified Life Underwriter, Chartered Financial Consultant and Senior Professional in Human Resources. Paul and his son engage in missionary work with Fellowship Christian Athletes (FCA).
