WASHINGTON, DC - The Energy and Commerce Committee today unveiled "Health Care Central," a portal dedicated to providing a one stop shop for all things related to health care reform.
E&C's Health Care Central: Home for fact sheets, infographics, blogs, and videos telling the real story as we work to reform our health care system.
Last week the committee released a chart pack featuring eight infographics showcasing the truth about Obamacare - one where fewer plan options exist in counties across the country, and costs continue to rise each year, leaving vulnerable patients looking for help with nowhere to turn.
"The bottom line is that Obamacare has been pummeling the American people for years. They've seen the soaring premium increases and shocking deductibles, been kicked off their plans and left looking for an affordable way to keep the doctors they know and trust. Obamacare isn't working and we have the facts to prove it," said Energy and Commerce Committee Chairman Greg Walden (R-OR). "But the good news is that we're hard at work to clean up this horrific mess and bring relief to families in Oregon and across the country."
