Witnesses and those in the crash told police Treadway was driving at the time of the crash and was seen bleeding from his nose after the crash, the police report said. Blood was only found inside the vehicle on the driver's front and side airbags, and Treadway was the only one bleeding at the crash.
Treadway said a female occupant was driving because he was too "buzzed to be driving," the police report said.
