Rodney N. Anello has more than a decade of experience practicing in the areas of federal, state and local taxation, with particular emphasis on income tax compliance and tax minimization strategies for individuals and small businesses. He also devotes his practice to tax planning and compliance for U.S. taxpayers with offshore holdings and investments, as well as employment tax (federal, state and local) compliance, litigation consulting services, including civil tax controversies, federal and state voluntary disclosure and amnesty programs, and damage measurement and assessment. Anello also has considerable experience in the compilation and presentation of financial data, including analyzing operating results and financial transactions as well as preparing financial statements.
Anello graduated from Drexel University with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting and international business (2005). He is enrolled to practice before the Internal Revenue Service as an enrolled agent.
Luke J. Bartlinski has more than 10 years of experience in the areas of federal, state and local income taxation with a particular emphasis on tax compliance, planning and minimization strategies for high-net-worth individuals, closely held businesses, corporations and partnerships. He also devotes his practice to compliance with federal and state voluntary disclosure and amnesty programs for both U.S. and non-U.S. taxpayers. Bartlinski has substantial audit and accounting experience, including analysis of financial transactions, trends and operating results, and the preparation and analysis of financial statements and related disclosures. He also represents clients before federal and various state taxing authorities.
Bartlinski graduated from Villanova University with a master's degree in taxation (2014) and Widener University with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with a major in accounting (2004). He is a certified public accountant and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA).
Michael R. Bartosik has more than 15 years of experience in many facets of federal, state and local income taxation, accounting and auditing and personal financial planning. His practice primarily focuses on tax compliance, planning and tax related matters for a diverse client base, including closely held businesses, multistate corporations and partnerships and high-net-worth individuals. He also devotes his practice to compliance with federal and state voluntary disclosure and amnesty programs. Prior to joining TAG, he was a tax manager with an international Big 5 accounting and consulting firm.
Bartosik graduated from Drexel University with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with a dual major in accounting and finance (1991). He is a certified public accountant and certified financial planner and is a member of AICPA, PICPA and the Financial Planning Association.
Shawn P. O'Neill practices in the areas of federal, state and local income taxation with a particular emphasis on tax compliance and planning for a diverse client base including fiduciaries and high-net-worth individuals. Prior to joining TAG, he was a tax associate with an international CPA firm and played professional baseball for two years for teams in the American Association of Independent Professional Baseball.
O'Neill graduated from La Salle University with a Master of Business Administration degree in accounting (2014) and a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting (2013). He is a certified public accountant.
Gregory G. Smith practices in the areas of federal, state and local income taxation with particular emphasis on tax compliance and planning for high net worth individuals, businesses and trusts. He also devotes his practice to financial statement preparation and custom accounting for various businesses in multiple industries.
Smith graduated from Villanova University School of Law with a master's degree in taxation (2018) and La Salle University with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting (2012). He is a certified public accountant and is a member of AICPA and PICPA.
