The move was announced last Thursday and Wilson will be assisting with strategic business alliances throughout the athletic insurance industry. Wilson is the founder and former president of National Sports Underwriters, LLC and Summit America Insurance Services, LLC. These two companies for a span of over 30 years were leading providers of specialized insurance programs, plans and services to the Amateur Sports Insurance market place. Wilson's clients have included the NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA and hundreds of colleges, universities and high schools throughout the nation. Wilson was instrumental in the design, creation and marketing of Lifetime Catastrophic Injury Programs that now protect the majority of America's amateur athletes. Wilson is also founder and President of Athletic Insurance Advisors, LLC and is a graduate of The Georgia Institute of Technology and The American College of Financial Services.
