U.S. stocks climbed Wednesday after the Federal Reserve said the economy still looks healthy enough to keep interest rates where they are. Stocks also got a boost from lower Treasury yields in the bond market. The yield on the 10- year Treasury dropped to 4.24 percent from 4.31 percent just before the Fed announced its decision.
