Last month, a joint notice of settlement was filed in court announcing that a settlement had been reached. The two parties then voluntarily dismissed the suits with prejudice, according to court filings. Supporting a Stipulation of Dismissal, the parties reached agreement with respect to all matters between them, the filings state.
Neither the parties nor the court have disclosed the terms of the settlement.
