Del. Holmes-Norton Introduces Bill on Short-Term Disability Insurance Program

WASHINGTON, Sept. 26 -- Del. Eleanor Holmes-Norton, D-D.C., has introduced legislation (H.R. 4493) to "provide a short-term disability insurance program for Federal employees for disabilities that are not work-related."
The bill was introduced on Sept. 25. It was referred to the House Oversight and Reform Committee.
