CSAA Insurance Group Wins 2018 Leadership Excellence, Development Awards

WALNUT CREEK, California, March 29 -- CSAA Insurance Group, an insurance company, issued the following news:
CSAA Insurance Group, a AAA Insurer, was recently honored for its Leaders Development Program at the 2018 Leadership Excellence and Development Awards. The company was awarded first place in the "best use of simulations" category, and third place in the "best experienced/senior leader program" category.
CSAA Insurance Group's Leaders Development Program provides advanced training for employees to learn and embrace the role of enterprise leadership. Employees are nominated to participate in the program, which includes learning how to navigate a transforming marketplace, lead change, drive company culture and execute on CSAA Insurance Group's strategy. Participants are guided through workshops, assessments, coaching, business simulations and exercises related to "real-life" company matters. To date, nearly 300 employees have participated in and graduated from the program.

"Graduates of our Leaders Development Program are equipped more than ever to empower individuals and teams to understand and address customer needs, drive business results and ultimately provide AAA Members with the best service possible.
