A Covington woman was arrested after filing a false insurance claim in Sept. 2022, reports stated.
According to Floyd County Jail reports:
Bonnie Aileen Brown, 52, is charged with insurance fraud. Brown is accused of falsely reporting that a vehicle was towed and was reimbursed for $187.25. She is being held on $5,000 bond as of Wednesday morning.
