Bringing depth to Ladder Now’s high-performing executive leadership team, Rice has significant experience in the insurance industry, particularly in property and catastrophe. Having previously served as a customer of Ladder Now, he witnessed the company’s evolution in transforming the market.

Most recently, Rice served as senior claims manager at Liberty Mutual, where he directed the independent adjustment model and partnered with senior management to ensure projects support business priorities. He was also responsible for alignment of resource allocation, as well as project plan development and execution. His leadership objectives included project lifecycle supervision, application of project management tools and methodologies, commercial and personal line vendor relations, and competitive intelligence and market trend analysis.
