MALVERN, Pennsylvanai, Aug. 17 (TNSeve) -- The Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters Society has scheduled a conference session as part of its In2Risk 2021 on Sept. 25, 2021, entitled "Context Is Key: Influencing Outcomes in Coverage Analysis":

Four key perspectives influence outcomes in coverage analysis: relationships, the claim, the policy, and the court. Join this session, presented by two attorney CPCUs, to gain a broader understanding of these perspectives and better equip yourself to handle your role in any domain. Participants will apply concepts to two case studies and learn how key stakeholders view coverage issues--from policy formation through ultimate coverage adjudication in court.

Matthew F.X. Craven, Esq.

Matt's practice is focused on insurance law and civil litigation - particularly the investigation and defense of insurance coverage, tort, and contract claims.

James P. Nolan, II, Esq.

Jim Nolan is admitted to practice law in Ohio, Kentucky, and Florida. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Dayton School of Law in 1991. He was awarded a Dean's scholarship and received American Jurisprudence awards for earning the highest grades in Contracts and Constitutional Law. He served as Articles Editor for the University of Dayton Law Review. After receiving his undergraduate degree from the University of Cincinnati in 1976, Jim worked in the insurance industry.

Jim holds a CPCU designation (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter). He is a member of the Ohio, Kentucky, and Florida Bar Associations. Jim is a member of the National CPCU Committee for Legal, Coverage, Regulatory, Education & Witnesses (L'CREW). He serves as Chairman of the Insurance Law Specialty Board for the Ohio State Bar Association. The focus of his practice is insurance defense and coverage litigation. As head of the Firm's coverage practice, Jim has been consulted on claims throughout the United States involving complex insurance coverage issues.
