Combined Insurance Named #5 Top Military Spouse Friendly Employer

This marks the second consecutive year the company has received a Top 5 ranking.

Victory Media is the publisher of Military Spouse magazine. The company shares this list annually to recognize companies that hire spouses of active duty service members and promote workforce development policies that acknowledge the unique challenges of military life and the skills military spouses learn through those challenges.

Wiedower is a decorated veteran who spent 22 years in the United States Marine Corps, where he retired as a Commanding Officer.

Combined Insurance launched its veteran recruiting program in 2010, and since the beginning of 2014, the company has hired more than 3,100 veterans and those with a military background. They are committed to hiring 3,000 more veterans and those with a military background by the end of 2018.
