A unit of Firstsource Solutions Ltd. announced plans Tuesday to add 300 seasonal workers at its northern Colorado Springs call center by early December to handle open enrollment of customers on health insurance exchanges and Medicare plans for a major health insurer.
Marie Ovalle Sokol, deputy general manager of client services for the company's call center at 5725 Mark Dabling Blvd., Suite 200, said Firstsource's "continued growth plans for fiscal year 2018 have created a significant hiring need in the region. We are looking to find the kind of talent that will increase our ability to innovate and deploy tangible differentiators that give us a competitive edge in our industry.
