NEW YORK, July 21, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Clayton, Dubilier & Rice announced today that it completed the previously announced acquisition of TRANZACT, the leading provider of comprehensive, direct-to-consumer sales and marketing solutions for insurance carriers in the United States. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
