• Charles Keith Lewis, 50, of Decatur, Tenn., driving while impaired, reckless driving wanton disregard, open container after consuming alcohol first. Released on Oct. 25.
• Joshua Alex Silvers, 24, of Young Harris, Ga., possession of methamphetamine.
• Alicia Jayne Fullmer, 49, of Warne, N.C., possession of marijuana paraphernalia, possession of drug paraphernalia. Released on Oct. 26.
• Lucas D.J. Grant, 28, of Hayesville, fictitious/altered title/registration card/tag, no liability insurance, allow a motor vehicle with no registration. Released on Oct. 26.
• Donald Lee Hogsed, 47, of Warne, N.C., possession of drug paraphernalia. Released on Oct. 26.
• James Harrell Moore, 40, of Hayesville, extraditon of fugitive from other state. Released on Oct. 27.
• Jose Angel Villareal Jr., 32, of Hayesville, no operators license. Released on Oct. 26.
• Jeremy Allen Fisher, 39, of Murphy, N.C., possession of methamphetamine. Released on Oct. 27.
• Brandy Blue Seppala, 41, of Brasstown, N.C., failure to appear on a misdemeanor, two counts of failure to appear on a felony. Released on Oct. 29.
• Jennifer A. Forbus, 44, of Hiawassee, Ga., assault with a deadly weapon, communicatinig threats. Released on Oct. 30.
• Michael Robert Kelahan, 47, of Hayesville, driving while impaired. Released on Oct. 29.
• Kristen Danyle Morgan, 30, of Blairsville, Ga., failure to appear on a misdemeanor. Released on Oct. 29.
• David Baron Burrell, 36, of Blairsville, Ga., driving while impaired. Released on Oct.31.
• Kevin Ray Cook, receiving stolen goods. Released on Oct. 31.
• John Stuart Powell, 49, of Hayesville, possession of marijuana paraphernalia, felony possession of marijuana. Released on Nov. 1.
