Case Funding Names Robert Chambers as Legal Underwriter to Its Team

Case Funding reported the addition of Robert Chambers to its team of legal underwriters.

The company said that Chambers brings extensive experience in the pre-settlement funding industry, as well as knowledge of the NFL concussion lawsuit and many other areas of mass tort litigation.

According to a release, Chambers was previously employed at Peachtree Funding where he held the position of Manager of the Production Attorney Group. Prior to that, Chambers spent time at ACE Insurance as a Claims Associate in the Property and Casualty Department focusing primarily on personal injury claims.

"We are excited to add Bob to our team, he brings a great deal of expertise enabling us to expand our product line-up and increase our underwriting capacity," said Richard Silverstein, president and CEO of Case Funding.
