The incumbent contractor has overcome an early significant learning curve providing these services for this complex HR and payroll system. There is a continuing requirement for these critical services supporting Direct Access and the Coast Guard Exchange Systems (CGES). An interruption in these services would severely impair the USCG's ability to provide human resource support, payroll, and exchange services to its active duty, reserve, and retired military personnel, as well as to USPHS and
Respondents are advised that the USCG will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. All costs associated with responding to this notice will be solely at the responding party's expense. This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposals or quotations.
