BAKERSFIELD, Calif., Feb. 12, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Confie announced today that California Insurance Specialists (CIS) has acquired the Wm K Lyons Insurance Agency, a family-owned mainstay in the Bakersfield community since 1947.
