Omaha, Nebraska-based Metonic Real Estate Solutions announced this week the acquisition of Wyndham Apartments, 144-unit apartment community located at 4501 71st St. in Lubbock.

"We believe Wyndham is an ideal addition to Metonic's growing Texas portfolio," said Adam Kirshenbaum, Metonic's chief operating officer, in a news release.
