MENOMONEE FALLS — IMT Insurance, a Midwest-based provider of personal and commercial insurance products, recently announced its list of 2022 IMT Gem Agencies, distinguishing The Ladd Agency LLC as one of the qualifying recipients.

In addition, The Ladd Agency LLC also sustained a favorable loss ratio.

Donges Bay Road industrial building sold

MEQUON — PARADIGM Real Estate represented G.E.M. Bristol, LLC in the sale of a 13,099 square-foot industrial warehouse/office building located at 6150 W. Donges Bay Road in Mequon.

Brian Parrish, MBA, SIOR and Matt Friedman of PARADIGM Real Estate represented the seller, and Isaac Berg of Colliers International represented the buyer, John S. Ashcroft and Angela S. Ashcroft.

Meijer announces free home delivery through Saturday

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Meijer announced that it’s offering free home delivery for all customers on orders of more than $35 through Saturday.

Home Delivery is just one of the many ways customers can shop its stores and the retailer wants to ensure any customer who wants to experience it has the opportunity during these ongoing challenging times, according to a company press release.

“Customers can shop online or via the Meijer app for more than 100,000 products, including grocery items, toys, pet food, beauty products and beer and wine,” the press release said. “They schedule a delivery or pickup time that is convenient for them and a personal shopper hand-selects those items according to customer preferences.”

Locally, Meijer has a store at 1600 N. Port Washington Road in Grafton.
