Unique Blossoms FL LLC leased 840-square feet of retail space from Courtney Enterprises, Inc. at 36 9th St. South, Suite 4. Rob Carroll negotiated this transaction.

Lukka, Inc. leased 3,090 square feet of office space from FLP 800, LLC at 800 Laurel Oak Drive, Suite 300. Rob Carroll represented the Landlord and David Wallace of CRE Consultants represented the Tenant.

LSI Companies, Inc.

LSI Companies, Inc. brokered a 7.39-acre commercial property in Fort Myers for $1,995,000. The property was acquired by 1875 Holdings, LLC from Yowell Real Estate, LLC and Jurgensen Real Estate, LLC. The property is at 1923 Commercial Drive, Fort Myers. The seller was represented by Hunter Ward and the buyer was represented by Michael Price, ALC of LandQwest.

Steve Fisher honored at RE/MAX of the Islands

Steve Fisher received recognition for being the top listing and selling associate at RE/MAX of the Islands in January.
