BRIEF: Winter crop seminar will be held Tuesday in Rock Falls

Nov. 20--ROCK FALLS -- Country Financial, Illinois Farm Bureau, and other groups are offering a winter crop seminar at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Days Inn, 2105 First Ave.
The seminar will address the Farm Bill, changes coming to the 2018 Federal Crop Insurance Program, and other topics.
Steve Johnson also will discuss the grain marketing outlook.
