BRIEF: Walmart to host free health check-up Saturday

Oct. 12--Walmart will offer free health screenings during a four-hour period Saturday as part of its Walmart Wellness Day.

The event will take place from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday in more than 4,600 Walmart stores. The event will provide free blood glucose, blood pressure and vision screenings (where available), as well as product samples and information on health insurance options.

Pharmacists will also offer immunizations in all of its pharmacies.
