Feb. 28--President Donald Trump addressed Congress on Tuesday, Feb. 28, 2017, for the first time since taking office on Jan. 20, 2017.
The speech, which ran more than an hour, included promises of tax relief for the middle class, repealing and replacing Obamacare, a new approach to immigration reform and affordable child care.
