BRIEF: Insurance notice bill dies in Tennessee House

April 22--NASHVILLE -- A legislative conference committee report that sought to compel insurance companies to provide health care providers 60 days advance notice on reimbursement policy changes has failed in the House.

The measure died on a 44-23 vote following a fierce debate.
