WASHINGTON -U.S. Senator John Boozman (R-AR) released the following statement after President Trump rolled back implementation of the Department of Labor's (DOL) fiduciary rule:
"I appreciate President Trump's commitment to eliminate the burdensome regulations hardworking American families face to access affordable retirement options. The fiduciary rule is one of the many problematic and overreaching regulations created by the Obama administration. I look forward to continuing to work together to halt these harmful rules."
