Blevins is passionate about insurance
Pursuing a career in insurance was not her desire initially, but she learned the business very quickly.
"It was all by fluke. Actually, due to my computer background, I was a textile engineer at
Though she did not set out to pursue a career in the insurance industry, she has grown very fond of it.
"I think that a lot of people have a misconception about insurance, but I think it is a very intriguing, challenging, and is evolving all of the time," she said. "I find it very enjoyable."
As general manager, Blevins wears many hats, and she loves every minute of it.
"My job entails everything. I am a commercial sales agent, and I specialize in transportation. I supervise all of our employees if they have personal auto, home, and life insurance," Blevins said. "I am into the technology bringing forth new technology, policies, procedures, claims --you name it, when it comes to this industry I am a little bit involved with it all."

"We find it very intriguing to educate our public. We try to set ourselves apart from the other agents, by educating people on exactly what they have, and spending time with them, and trying to find the best products to fit their needs," she said.
