Biden-Harris accomplishments

In one term, the Biden-Harris administration has achieved monumental victories reminiscent of the great New Deal era. Biden's decisive actions have reshaped the narrative of American progress by confronting a myriad of challenges inherited from the outset, including the pandemic, surging inflation, exorbitant health care costs, crumbling infrastructure and a litany of societal issues.

President Biden has slashed inflation to 3% through the Inflation Reduction Act, benefiting families with reduced health insurance premiums and capped prescription drug costs, notably insulin at $35. Simultaneously, he steered the nation toward clean energy, generating millions of well-paying jobs. Unemployment plummeted to a historic low of 3.5%, with 11 million jobs created, fostering a surge in small businesses and achieving record-low unemployment rates for Black and Latino Americans. He's also the first American president to walk with union workers on strike. Let's also not forget his policy on student loans that would provide relief for millions of Americans.

Biden's commitment to equality materialized in the Respect for Marriage Act, safeguarding millions of same-sex and interracial couples. He tackled the issue of gun violence, enacting bipartisan legislation and establishing the Office of Gun Violence Prevention. Furthermore, strategic policies, such as the CHIPS and Science Act, are injecting $300 billion into the United States, bolstering manufacturing jobs and reducing the costs of goods. And, in an inclusive move, health care services were expanded to more than 5 million exposed veterans, eliminating bureaucratic hurdles.

It stands pretty clear: President Biden's transformative leadership has undeniably ushered in an era of accomplishment and progress.
