Bentley & More, LLP Names Clare Lucich as the Firm’s Newest Partner

IRVINE, Calif., Jan. 17, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Bentley & More, LLP has named Clare Lucich as the firm's newest partner.

Ms. Lucich has been with the firm since its inception in 2016 and her practice includes products liability, insurance bad faith, personal injury, and governmental claims. She has worked on a number of high profile cases and trials, including as one of the primary members of the trial team that secured:  a $1.885 million products liability verdict, a $3.8 million government entity verdict, and a $7.6 million personal injury verdict. Ms. Lucich was also the lead associate of the litigation team that recently achieved a $30 million settlement for a woman who was catastrophically injured as a result of a trucking company's failure to properly maintain its fleet of vehicles.
