BD&J, PC to Host Santa Rosa Community Meeting Oct. 21 for Wildfire Litigation Questions

PR Newswire

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif., Oct. 19, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Gary A. Praglin, a Senior Attorney at BD&J, PC, will host a Santa Rosa community meeting on Saturday, October 21st, 2017. The main topic of discussion for the meeting will be the Wine Country wildfires, also called the North Bay wildfires, and related insurance claim and legal issues. The meeting will be open to the public and all who are interested may attend.

The wildfire lawyers of BD&J will try to address all questions and concerns but will focus on a small variety of subjects. The meeting is planned to open with a discussion on how to rebuild again after a disaster before moving onto creating insurance claims with the best possible chances of receiving a maximum recovery amount. Preliminary investigations have also discovered that Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E) might be completely or partially liable for starting the Wine Country wildfires due to professional negligence that led to downed powerlines throughout Santa Rosa, Napa Valley, Sonoma, and other nearby regions. The community meeting will also cover how to file a claim against any and all liable parties in pursuit of compensation.

The location of the meeting is the Hyatt Regency Sonoma, located at the address 170 Railroad Street, Santa Rosa, California 95401. In addition to the seminar and meeting, attendees will be provided dinner and emergency supplies, as long as such supplies last. The event is expected to be a strong source of moral support and legal guidance for individuals, families, businesses, and wineries impacted by the devastation.

Inquiring parties can receive more information about the upcoming Santa Rosa community meeting by visiting http://www.bdjinjurylawyers.com/ and contacting the wildfire attorneys of BD&J, PC.
