Like the event in June, tonight's proceeds will be used to raise money for the Muskogee County Disaster Recovery Committee, which is sponsored by Neighbors
"People can bring lawn chairs or blankets and sit down to eat food and listen to music," Fowler said. "All of the money is going to a good cause. It's supposed to be cooler, and there's always a breeze downtown."
