Author, Roy E. Williams, Announces He Will Donate Proceeds from Book Sales to Local Vets

At Prestige Wealth Management Group's semiannual client economic event, Roy Williams and his wife, Janet Williams, presented a one thousand dollar check to Jon Asdourian and Elaine Martin, of the American Legion Riders, who accepted on behalf of the Veterans Canteen Services. The local Legion chapters have supported Tuesday night bingo and refreshments for over 30 years but were no longer able to financially support the weekly events on their own. The donation from the Williams, plus additional contributions from their clients, will help continue this this fun activity for dozens of patients giving them a break from their daily routine of rest and rehabilitation.

"These men and women served our nation in every conflict from Korea through Iraq and Afghanistan" said Mr. Williams, "it is our responsibility to help support them in any way we can"
