AHL adopted the US GAAP accounting standard related to Targeted Improvements to the Accounting for Long-Duration Contracts (LDTI) as of January 1, 2023, which required AHL to apply the new standard retrospectively back to January 1, 2022, the date of AHL's merger with AGM.
