Through athenaGives, athenahealth’s corporate social responsibility program, nearly 400 clinics have access to athenahealth’s clinician experience and support services at no cost to them. Clinics selected to the program have access to free implementation of athenahealth’s technology and services as well as ongoing customer support and resources for as long as they remain in the program. To apply to the Free Clinic Program, free and charitable clinics must have 501(c)(3) status, carry adequate liability insurance, and must not bill payors or accept claim payments.
