HAMILTON, Bermuda (AP) _ Aspen Insurance Holdings Ltd. (AHL) on Wednesday reported second-quarter profit of $75.8 million.
The Hamilton, Bermuda-based company said it had profit of $1.07 per share. Earnings, adjusted for investment gains, came to 47 cents per share.
The insurance and reinsurance company posted revenue of $607.7 million in the period.
Aspen Insurance shares have fallen slightly more than 7 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, shares hit $51, an increase of 13 percent in the last 12 months.
