Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. Acquires Richter International Consulting LLC

ROLLING MEADOWS, Ill., Oct. 22, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. today announced the acquisition of Issaquah, Washington-based Richter International Consulting LLC. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded by Dave Richter in 2002, Richter International designs customized international benefits programs for multinational companies and nongovernmental organizations (NGOs) and their employees. Offerings include expatriate health plans, international employee assistance plans, international medical and security assistance programs, traveler medical insurance, business travel accident insurance, disaster preparedness and remote site medical facilities. Dave Richter and his associates will continue to operate from their current location under the direction of Leslie Lemenager, head of Gallagher's international region employee benefits consulting and brokerage operations.
