Hiscox Ltd appoints new Senior Independent Director

Hamilton, Bermuda (16 May 2025): Hiscox Ltd (LSE:HSX), the international specialist insurer, today announces the appointment of Jane Guyett to the role of Senior Independent Director with immediate effect.

Jane joined the Hiscox Ltd Board in September 2024 and already serves as Independent Non Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee. She succeeds Lynn Pike, after Lynn (and fellow Independent Non Executive Director, Anne MacDonald) stepped down from the Board following the conclusion of the 2025 Annual General Meeting, having served their nine-year terms.
