Aon Names John Morley as Asia Pacific Growth Leader of its Strategy and Technology Group

LONDON, December 2, 2022 - Aon plc (NYSE: AON), a leading global professional services firm, today named John Morley as Asia Pacific growth leader of its Strategy and Technology Group, effective from December 5, 2022.

Based in Singapore, John joins Aon from professional services firm EY, where he was an insurance consulting partner, having previously held roles at Accenture, KPMG and Willis Towers Watson. Reporting to Colin Forrest, chief executive officer of the Strategy and Technology Group, John will engage with Asia Pacific clients to identify business-driven needs for change in the challenging and evolving market environment to help them make better decisions.

Whilst initially building extensive new capabilities in the life, and property and casualty markets, the Strategy and Technology Group works with other parts of Aon's Reinsurance Solutions to deliver a suite of products and services to existing and new clients.

Developed over the past 12 months, the Strategy and Technology Group combines strategic consulting - including claims efficiency, performance benchmarking, market share data/trends, actuarial analysis, and capital structuring and access - with a technology suite, including Tyche, ReMetrica and PathWise, that aim to assist insurer clients to deploy capital efficiently and effectively across an enterprise.
