Aon Names Becky Allison COO of Strategy and Technology Group in Reinsurance Solutions

LONDON, 5 Aug 2022 - Aon plc (NYSE: AON), a leading global professional services firm, today named Becky Allison as chief operating officer of the firm's Strategy and Technology Group (STG) in Reinsurance Solutions.

Based in London, Allison will report to Colin Forrest, chief executive officer of STG, as well as Leonora Siccardi, global chief operating officer of Aon's Reinsurance Solutions. She will become a member of Reinsurance Solutions' COO leadership team.

Commenting on the appointment, Forrest said: "Becky brings a wealth of relevant experience to Aon's Strategy and Technology Group, and we know that her expertise will help us deliver holistic and executable solutions as we continue to assist our clients as they manage volatility, increase resilience and make better business decisions."

In her new role, Allison will be responsible for the day-to-day business operations of STG, including implementing its strategy to bring the breadth of Aon's expertise and solutions to clients, allowing them to optime value through more resilient enterprise structures.

She joins from WTW, where she was chief operating officer of its EMEA Insurance Consulting and Technology business. Previously, Allison held roles as senior project leader at M&G Prudential and actuarial consulting manager at Deloitte. She is a fellow of the Institute of Actuaries.
