Aon Announces Co Broking Agreement with Protecdiv, Small Business Reinsurance Brokerage

Agreement builds on firm's commitment to broaden client access to small and local businesses

CHICAGO, Feb.17, 2025 - Aon plc (NYSE: AON), a leading global professional services firm, today announced it has entered into a co-broking agreement with minority-owned enterprise (MBE) broker, Protecdiv, to enhance service offerings to U.S.-based public and private sector entities.

Co-founded in 2018 by T. Kael Coleman, CEO, and Paul C. Little, COO, Protecdiv is the only certified MBE, full-service insurance and reinsurance brokerage firm focused on public entity, specialty and multi-national clients in the property, casualty, mortgage and credit risk transfer spaces.
