CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Antares Capital announced today it is serving as administrative agent, lead arranger and bookrunner on a senior secured credit facility to support the acquisition of SambaSafety by ABRY Partners.

Headquartered in Albuquerque, NM, SambaSafety provides driving and fleet safety solutions and motor vehicle records to every industry across the U.S.
