Mr. Haines, who most recently led the Equities Solutions Structuring initiative for UBS Investment Bank and helped Annexus launch the award-winning NYSE® Zebra Edge® Index, will be responsible for driving the next phase of the company's index strategy.

He began his career in index and statistical arbitrage trading within BNP Paribas' Cooper Neff Division (Paris office), before serving as Vice President in the Exchange Traded Products (ETPs) Group at NYSE Group, and Head of ETPs and Derivative Product Solutions at Royal Bank of Scotland.
