AmTrust Appoints Daniel Hargraves as EVP, Head of Litigation

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- AmTrust Financial Services, Inc. (“AmTrust” or the “Company”) today announced that Daniel Hargraves, a seasoned legal executive, has been appointed Executive Vice President, Head of Litigation, reporting jointly to Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Barry Zyskind and EVP, Chief Financial Officer, Adam Karkowsky.

Mr. Hargraves has extensive experience in insurance related litigation and was most recently Managing Partner of the New York office of Freeborn & Peters, LLP. At Freeborn & Peters, Hargraves’ practice concentrated on litigating and arbitrating disputes on behalf of insurers, reinsurers, brokers, underwriting agents and pools.
