Ameritas’ Cloud-Based API Initiative Selected by 50+ Insurer CIOs for Novarica Research Council Impact Award

BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Ameritas will receive an Impact Award from the Novarica Insurance Technology Research Council, a peer community of hundreds of insurer CIOs, for its cloud-based API initiative to enable digitalization. More than 50 members of the Council reviewed dozens of case studies to select the winners for the 7^th annual awards.

Ameritas built a cloud-based API integration layer to interface with external web and mobile apps, creating a secured, high-performance intermediate tier between internal and external systems. Launched within three months, it enabled the launch of a web application without modifying legacy systems.
